Poster Guideline

All presentations will be in poster format. Please bring a printed version of your poster to the workshop and follow the instructions below for preparation:

• Poster Size: The poster board can accommodate a standard A0 Portrait (841mm x 1,189mm) poster.
• Poster ID: Print the poster ID in large fonts on the upper left corner of your poster. The format for the poster ID is [SessionID]-[Poster Number]-[Topic]. You can find your poster ID on the program page.
• Content: Ensure your poster includes the title, all authors, and their affiliations.
• Visibility: Design your poster so it is easily readable from a distance of 1.5-2 meters.
• Setup: It is recommended that you hang your poster at the beginning of the morning or afternoon sessions, and at the latest, 15 minutes before your poster session. Your poster will remain displayed until the end of the session, but you are only required to present during your designated session time.
