Conference Registration Benefits

Author Full Conference – Access to all technical sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, exhibits, co-located workshops, and access to the electronic proceedings. Registration may cover up to four papers (main conference and workshops combined) in which the registrant appears in the author list. All papers must be presented in-person. 

Non-Author Full Conference – Access to all technical sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, exhibits, co-located workshops, and access to the electronic proceedings.

*: Deadline time refers to the ‘Anywhere on Earth’ (AoE) time zone.

Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one “Author Registration” by 25 SEPT 2024. One “Author Registration” can cover up to four papers. This includes papers from both the main conference and workshops or a combination.

Registration Fee Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellations while covering necessary administrative and processing costs. 

Please refer to the following schedule for refund eligibility:

  • Cancellations made on or before 15 October 2024: A USD 50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Cancellations made between 16 October and 31 October 2024: A USD 200 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Cancellations made after 1 November 2024: No refunds will be available.

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method, and processing times may vary.
