Important Dates

Submission Requirements

Each proposal should include the following information:

• Title of the proposed challenge;
• Names and affiliations of the organizers (including contact information and a brief biography for each organizer);
• A summary describing the importance of the challenge topic;
• A tentative list of researchers or teams who would participate in the Challenge;
• Challenge website (if already known);
• Estimated number of participants;
• Planned data and dates (e.g., data available, submission deadline, results announcement).

The submitted proposal will be reviewed for relevance and significance, by a committee assembled by the challenge and Demo chairs.

Organizers of approved Challenges will be expected to submit an overview paper to the Workshop via the regular submission system. Participants to the Challenges may choose to submit system description papers to a separate Challenge Proceeding. Review of these papers will be the responsibility of challenge organizers. Accepted system description papers will not be indexed by the IEEE, but authors of these papers will have the opportunity to present their work in a dedicated session at the Workshop.

Challenge organizers are invited to submit proposals to SLT Challenge and Demonstration chairs via emails. the chairs are as follows:
